RSIC is a rural industrial ecosystem: a bunch of factories + services sitting next to farms, live stock, minerals and natural resources not in some far-away city in another country.
Instead of sending crops, animals, and raw stuff out as is, we process, package, and brand them inside the village—then sell internally to Sudan, and globally to Africa, and the rest of the world.
Think of it as turning the spirit of "Nafeer" (Community Mobilization) into a permanent industrial machine, not just a seasonal campaign.
Local Factories, Local Jobs
Dozens of factories in one complex: food, energy, packaging and more. Youth work in real industry without having to run to Khartoum or abroad.
Nothing Leaves Raw
Crops, livestock, minerals, even organic "waste" go into value-added products and energy: we stop exporting our wealth for cheap.
Community In Charge
Social enterprise model: part of the profit goes back into schools, clinics, and community projects, while the rest powers-up new industrial production innovation endeavors.
Want the Full Story?
If you're the type who loves deep dives, numbers, and big ideas, we prepared a full "Why RSIC" page for you.
It explains why Sudan is rich but looks poor, how charity + extraction trap us, and how RSIC is designed as a serious industrial answer, not just talk.
You don't have to be a minister or a millionaire to be part of this. Any serious contribution helps move the needle. Just chose the right thing for you.
Criticise & Analyze
You don't need to agree with everything. Read our material, poke holes, ask hard questions, and help us sharpen the model. Serious critique = free consulting. We love it.
Audit Our Work
Are you a numbers or systems person? Help review assumptions, check calculations, audit social impact claims, and keep us honest. Think of it as community-driven due diligence.
Start a Local Complex in Your Area
You belong to/or know a well-knit village or locality that needs an RSIC? Gather a small group of high-yield farmers, energetic youth, wise elders (15~20 max), map local resources, and talk to us. Today it's a conversation. Tomorrow it can be a site plan.
Volunteer Your Time & Skills
Engineer, designer, accountant, researcher, organizer, or just very motivated? Join the wider "volunteering army" helping with research, design, modeling, outreach, translation, and more.
Share an Asset or Resource
Land, buildings, machinery, data, training center, internet, logistics capacity… even a small thing can unlock a big step. Tell us what you have and how it could support RSIC-1 or future complexes.
Be an Ambassador
Talk about RSIC in your gathering, WhatsApp groups, universities, workplaces, and social media. Invite people to watch the podcast, join the live sessions and discussions, share the landing page, and spread the idea that Sudan can industrialize its own countryside, not just wishful thinking.
Most of the RSIC work so far has been done by people who said: "we're no longer staying by the side-line"
If you want to invest a bit of your time into something bigger than any one person, this is your chance. No fancy titles needed—just honesty, seriousness and genuine respect to the idea.
Support Us: Turn the Secret Power of Nafeer into an Engine of Industrial-Complex Creators.
To move from drawings and feasibility studies to real concrete, machines, and jobs, we need backers who believe in production, not just slogans, and in systems not just hook-or-crook one-man solutions.
Connecting us to serious funders, institutions, and decision-makers.
Offering in-kind support (technical expertise, tools, training, access to platforms).
Helping us de-risk the first pilots so other partners feel safe to join.
